About this role
Role Overview
Drive business development across Portugal by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts.
Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with channel partners to maximize market coverage and penetration.
Collaborate closely with the Country Sales Manager Iberia to align on sales priorities, account strategies, and revenue objectives.
Actively manage the sales pipeline and contribute to forecasting accuracy and territory planning.
Represent Honeywell with professionalism and credibility in customer and partner engagements.
Travel within the territory as required to support customer meetings, partner activities, and business development initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development and sales management, ideally within technology, industrial, or related sectors.
Strong understanding of the Portuguese market, customer landscape, and business culture.
Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.
Demonstrated success in managing and growing channel/partner ecosystems.
Experience resolving channel conflicts and aligning partner interests with business objectives.
Proficiency with IT tools, including Microsoft Excel.
Willingness and availability to travel as required for business needs.
