Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager (Panama) to translate customer needs into high-performance engineering solutions.
Conduct regular technical site visits and maintain ongoing engagement with mining operations.
Identify cost-saving and performance improvement opportunities.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Strong expertise in Ansys FEA and DEM software.
High proficiency in CAD software (Unigraphics NX), including advanced 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
Proven experience developing innovative products aligned with customer operational needs.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Understanding of project management or related tools.
Strong ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
