10+ years of experience leading social media or digital content strategy at a consumer-facing brand or agency
Proven experience building and scaling global social media programs across multiple platforms
Strong creative instincts and experience guiding content strategy and production
Deep understanding of platform dynamics, cultural trends, and how content performs in algorithm-driven environments
Experience leading community management strategy and building engagement systems at scale
Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Paid Media, Communications, and Product teams
Strong leadership and team management experience
Experience managing agencies and multi-market programs
Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
Experience in health, wellness, or consumer technology is a plus
