You communicate directly with your clients and are responsible for the account.
You develop creative strategies for clients' ads on Meta and TikTok and monitor their performance.
You analyze Meta and TikTok ad accounts, produce reports, and derive data-driven next steps.
In regular meetings, you align with clients and develop the ongoing strategy.
Together with the team, you own copy and communication strategies and continuously refine them.
You oversee the conception and planning of creative tests.
You are responsible for the art direction of all creatives produced for your clients.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience with paid social ads on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
Your client communication is open, clear, and excellent.
You know the Meta Business Manager inside out.
You understand what matters when scaling e-commerce ad accounts and which creative strategy provides the next growth lever.
You dive deep analytically and strategically into target audiences and know how to engage them with a product.
You have prior experience leading small teams (min. 2–3 people).
You work in a highly structured way, build a clear testing strategy, and define the next steps.
You have intrinsic motivation for growth and are proactive.
You are fluent in German and English.
