As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate events to large-scale productions.
Implementer: You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality — delivering unique events and ensuring client satisfaction.
Advisory role: You build and develop client relationships within your projects, provide tailored guidance and lead project meetings.
Strong organizer: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan resource allocation for your project teams.
Commercial acumen: You prepare cost estimates and proposals, monitor budgets and handle project invoicing — including reporting and documentation.
Idea generator: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Ideally some professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches and budgeting
Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented with a structured working style; strong advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills; commercial/business mindset
Willingness to travel
