As a Lead Product Manager, you lead complex product initiatives by owning the product vision, orchestrating delivery, and ensuring value creation for both clients and teams.
Define and drive the product strategy with the client: value modeling, product architecture, EPICs, trade-off decisions, and technical-functional alignment.
Ensure successful delivery by coordinating multiple squads to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
Create the conditions for team success by defining the right setup (Theodo teams or partners), negotiating the necessary resources, and adapting the organization to project constraints.
Provide visibility and clarity through appropriate governance mechanisms to align all stakeholders.
Ensure long-term client satisfaction by building trust, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with Sales, Staffing, and People teams.
Requirements
Graduate of a top engineering school, with more than 5 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in product management (Senior PM / Lead PM / Head of Product), in a startup, IT services company (ESN), or consulting firm.
Strong interest in designing products with high business impact, with a technical appetite and solid knowledge of technology.
Excellent interpersonal and client skills: able to build trust, engage with top-management stakeholders, and comfortable working with enterprise (large account) clients.
Client-first mindset: available, responsive, attentive, able to prioritize the client, incorporate feedback, anticipate needs, and manage sensitive situations.
Strong negotiation and people-management skills: active listening, effective questioning, ability to challenge, manage conflict, and deliver demanding feedback calmly and clearly, with a focus on collective improvement.
Strong desire to learn and grow; able to challenge your team, ask for help, and accept being challenged.
