Prioritize and deliver high-value features while meeting milestones and commitments made to the client.
Demonstrate the team’s value and progress by making work visible and helping the client make decisions (review decks, daily emails, etc.).
Understand the client’s preferences and organize a rapid, appropriate response when issues arise, using tools such as the value model, customer surveys, and problem-resolution techniques.
Drive day-to-day delivery using Lean methodology: manage the backlog, write clear user stories, and plan sprints.
Work closely with the client to understand their needs, facilitate decisions, and co-design solutions.
Translate product challenges into clear requirements for the technical team, drawing on usage analysis, environmental studies, and benchmarks.
Help the team meet its commitments by anticipating risks, resolving problems, and contributing to continuous-improvement routines (problem solving, retrospectives).
Requirements
Degree from a top engineering school and 2–5 years of experience, ideally in consulting or in a role with strong client exposure.
Strong interest in designing products with significant business impact, with an appetite for technology and solid technical knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal skills: comfortable with clients, able to adopt the appropriate stance and build trust.
Client-first mindset: available, responsive, attentive, able to prioritize the client, incorporate feedback, and anticipate needs.
Strong desire to learn and grow; able to challenge the team, ask for help, and accept being challenged.
