Guide and manage multiple stakeholders;

Share ideas and experience with colleagues.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Innovation Management, or relevant field;
3+ years of work experience in business development, management consulting, startups, accelerators, incubators or related fields;
Experience in EU-funded and donor-funded projects;
Excellent English and Ukrainian language skills;
Passion about innovation, technology, and social impact – we are looking for individuals who are interested in topics like sustainability, smart cities, healthcare, etc.;
Strong business analytical skills, ability to manage the unknowns and accept every challenge with a bold and “hands-on” attitude;
A convincing communication style and public speaking skills – our team members need to formulate their own opinions, backed up with arguments and confidence;
