Responsible for the support of ongoing SAP HCM applications with a focus on payroll (Germany, private sector, (non-)collective bargaining) as well as personnel administration, basic time management, and related interfaces
Take module ownership and be responsible for the respective applications and processes
Advise our business units on processes and the technical implementation of requirements in SAP HCM systems
Participate in SAP HCM projects as project manager and/or sub-project manager
Proactively advise the HR department on innovations, SAP HCM architecture, and best practices
Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in this area
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Ideally basic knowledge of SuccessFactors or experience with its integration with SAP HCM
Knowledge of personnel cost planning and/or structural authorizations, minor ABAP adjustments, or Employee and Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS) in SAP HCM
