About this role
Role Overview
You will own and manage a portfolio of regional accounts
Develop account plans and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for our strategic accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and escalations
You will collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to deliver value-based solutions
Monitor account health and proactively address risks or opportunities
Represent Körber at regional industry events and client workshops
Requirements
2 – 4 years of experience in account management or customer success
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationships
Strong understanding of pharma or life sciences industry preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong organization and time management abilities
You are comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
Able to work collaboratively across teams and departments; global experience is a plus
Prior experience in software sales or life sciences is a plus
Your bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field is preferred
