Define system behaviours to support labour productivity monitoring, cost allocation, and performance reporting.
Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions, and resolve organizational problems.
Configure logic, validation, and system parameters to ensure accurate performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst within logistics role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and use of relevant software tools.
Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
