Site acquisition & portfolio expansion: Identify market potential and develop parking facilities and parking locations to decision-ready stage
Network management & market presence: Leverage a broad network of property owners, project developers, and municipal decision-makers
Site assessment & business development: Analyze potential sites and develop operator and location concepts
Negotiation & contract closing: Lead discussions with owners and developers through to final contract drafting
Strategic development: Monitor market trends and propose initiatives to evolve the expansion strategy

Solid experience in site acquisition, expansion, project development, or the real estate industry
Strong network with property owners, project developers, asset holders, and municipal decision-makers
Proven experience in off-market sourcing and the ability to identify opportunities before they are publicly marketed
Confidence, strong communication skills, and negotiation capability — including at executive and owner level
Structured and independent working style with a strong understanding of economic viability and location potential
Willingness to travel, negotiation-level German (business-fluent), and very good English skills; strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
