About this role

Lead the execution of Behaviour Interactive’s inbound and outbound licensing strategies across the full portfolio.**
Oversee the integration of third-party licensed content into Behaviour games in collaboration with production, marketing, and product teams.**
Manage licensing deal processes, including negotiations and contract execution, in partnership with legal and internal stakeholders.**
Serve as the primary point of contact for licensors, licensees, agents, and external partners.**
Ensure consistent and compliant use of licensed and Behaviour-owned intellectual property across internal and external initiatives.**
Identify opportunities to improve licensing processes, operational efficiency, and cross-team alignment.

Strong experience in licensing operations within the gaming or entertainment industry.**
Proven expertise in negotiation, partnership development, and strategic planning.**
Solid understanding of intellectual property management and brand governance.**
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across creative and business functions.**
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.**
5–9 years of relevant professional experience in licensing, publishing, or business development.
