Develop, evolve and standardize the brand identity and the identity of its products;
Support the creation and review of copy and communications (website, blog, social media and other channels), ensuring brand consistency and unity;
Ensure correct execution of brand positioning, making sure the value proposition is applied across all company touchpoints;
Act as a point of contact and promoter of the brand strategy across all areas, ensuring consistency across different brand expressions, sub-brands and products;
Plan communications considering the customer journey, channels and business objectives;
Lead end-to-end campaign management, including:
Interface with agencies (external and/or in-house)
Creation of briefs and conducting debriefs
Definition of timelines
Validation of creative concepts
Oversight of production and media (online and offline)
Ensure execution of 360° communications, integrating areas such as CRM, press relations, trade marketing, social media, blog, website and media;
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, proposing strategic adjustments;
Identify opportunities in new channels;
Optimize campaigns through budget allocation and strategic structuring;
Track brand, acquisition and relationship KPIs;
Develop performance reports and executive presentations;
Build relationships with external partners and internal teams, promoting alignment and knowledge sharing;
Develop and participate in special projects (e.g., referral programs), focused on acquisition and engagement;
Ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields;
Prior experience in Marketing (generalist profile), with hands-on experience in branding, campaigns, communications or digital marketing;
Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, media platforms, social networks and performance reporting);
Strong communication skills, organization and ability to work collaboratively across different areas;
Analytical profile with interest in technical development and growth in Branding;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handling multiple demands and continuous learning;
Experience in B2B and technology will be considered a plus.
