Requirements
Solid experience in back-end development with Node.js and Java.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
Experience with large volumes of data and complex/heavy queries.
Knowledge of modular service architectures and RESTful APIs.
Experience with automated testing, version control (Git), and CI/CD.
Previous work in digital product teams and agile methodologies.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, with good communication with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience in healthtechs or companies with high technical complexity (plus).
Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, SQS, Elastic Beanstalk) (plus).
Previous experience developing solutions using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex, etc.) (plus).
Experience in observability, monitoring, and SRE best practices (plus).
Previous experience in high-scale, high-data-volume environments (plus).
