Support end-to-end survey-based research and campaign measurement across assigned clients, including survey development, execution, analysis, and reporting
Design, write, and program questionnaires in Qualtrics
With guidance, translate campaign objectives into research inputs, including assisting in survey design and KPI tracking
Clean and analyze survey data using SPSS, R, or similar data analysis tool; manipulate large datasets using Excel.
Assist in developing clear, visually compelling reports; present findings to internal stakeholders
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring visibility into status and next steps
Contribute to the development and maintenance of tools, trackers, and knowledge systems (e.g., case studies, benchmarks).
Help document processes, improve workflows, and contribute to team efficiency through operational improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required (Psychology, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Business).
Proven experience (1+ years) in a similar role, preferably in a role allowing ownership of research projects and calendars.
Familiarity with survey tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Decipher or similar.
Experience in using SPSS/Stata, R, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
Experience creating presentation or reports to communicate data and insights.
