About this role

Ensure the smooth operation of our SAP IS-U systems and connected peripheral systems (1st–3rd level support)
Analyze issues, perform troubleshooting and optimize performance in the SAP environment
Technical and functional monitoring (SAP IS-U, B2B, EDIFACT converter)
Conduct health checks and monitor systems in day-to-day operations
Serve as a point of contact for our clients on energy-sector processes
Contribute to process optimizations and the improvement of internal workflows

Completed degree or vocational training in IT or the energy sector
2–3 years of professional experience in IT support, consulting or the SAP environment
Knowledge of SAP IS-U and ideally ABAP (reading/debugging)
Understanding of energy-sector processes (e.g., market communication, technical or commercial workflows)
Enjoy working in a team, solution-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous development
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
