Manage, maintain, and support the Azure Stack HCI infrastructure, including the creation, deployment, and administration of virtual machines, storage, and networking components.
Monitor the performance of the Azure Stack HCI infrastructure and perform troubleshooting and resolution for any system issues.
Ensure that all Azure Stack HCI deployments meet the organization's security standards and compliance requirements.
Implement and manage security measures such as access controls, firewalls, and encryption.
Manage backup and disaster recovery processes for the Azure Stack HCI infrastructure.
Test and verify backup and recovery procedures regularly.
Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
Maintain records of system performance, issues, and resolutions.
Provide technical consultation and advice to other IT teams, business units, and management.
Collaborate with other teams on infrastructure projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Stack HCI certifications are highly desirable.
At least 3-5 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering, with a focus on Azure Stack HCI or similar technologies.
In-depth understanding of Azure Stack HCI, hyper-converged infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and networking.
Familiarity with Windows Server, Azure services, and related Microsoft technologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Willingness to stay updated with the latest developments in Azure Stack HCI and related technologies.
