About this role
Role Overview
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and performance gaps.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
Support sales reps with pricing, renewals, and deal structuring questions.
Maintain account ownership and opportunity data.
Track purchase orders (POs), invoices, and payment status.
Maintain partner records and commission tracking.
Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline progression and deal velocity.
Support internal tracking of deals post-close.
Respond to day-to-day requests from the sales team.
Help maintain documentation and internal processes.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar support role
Experience with Salesforce (required) and CPQ tools (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
A proactive mindset with interest or experience in using AI tools and automations to streamline repetitive operational tasks.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. You will be working directly with US and global sales teams on a daily basis.
