Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft-based end-user systems, including Windows operating systems, Office 365, and related software applications.
Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
Implement and manage endpoint security solutions to protect against threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts, ensuring that proper access controls and security protocols are adhered to.
Maintain system stability and security by monitoring and applying software updates, patches, and security fixes on a daily basis.
Design and execute workstation-related data backup and recovery strategies to ensure data availability and integrity.
Participate in project initiatives, including on-site Infra related projects
Contribute to and support project phase activities, which involve configuring Intune and other relevant technologies (participate in backend operations).
Independently coordinate project tasks and contributes to the achievement of project objectives.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years proven experience as a Systems Administrator in a Microsoft-centric environment.
Minimum 1-3 years’ Infrastructure experience in an IT services company
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
