Vendor Manager – Servicing Valuations

Role Overview

• Manage Vendor relationships to create and maintain positive, productive, and professional interactions
• Monitor market capacity to ensure there is adequate coverage to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Recruit new vendors to assist in building panel depth
• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive vendor training programs

Requirements

• 3+ years of vendor management experience
• Knowledge of Valuations, Real Estate and/or mortgage servicing processes, procedures and technology
• High School diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
