Gain experience across multiple teams within the Supply Chain organization
Participate in the Rotational Program to identify vision and goals
Connect with senior leaders and present learnings to the Supply Chain leadership team
Spend eight months working with one team before rotating to the next
Engage in collaborative work and operations at Head Office and manufacturing facility
Learn the inner workings of the Supply Chain and bring enhancements into each rotation
Help operationalize and standardize business practices
Provide insights and recommendations based on observations
Support teams with day-to-day tasks and projects
Requirements
Expected graduation date of Spring 2026 (or earlier)
Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, merchandising, engineering, operations/manufacturing or a relevant discipline from an accredited university
Previous exposure/co-op experience within Supply Chain
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Work or academic experience analyzing data in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable presenting data in PowerPoint and Word
Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
Effective balance of autonomy and collaboration
Passion for the work and getting outside and living it.
