Work on the development and maintenance of products related to interoperability between registry operators
Ensure compliance with the rules and standards of the registry ecosystem
Represent the company in forums and working groups with market participants
Lead technical and functional discussions with internal and external stakeholders
Translate regulatory and market demands into clear, structured product requirements
Monitor and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Support the definition of operational flows and the standardization of integrations
Address inter-system conflicts and manage inconsistencies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of participants’ experience within the ecosystem

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
Postgraduate degree in IT or related fields preferred
Solid experience in product, operations, or technology within the financial market
Experience with system integrations, APIs, or messaging solutions
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., payment schemes, registries, banks, fintechs)
Understanding of systems architecture and integrations
Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management
Knowledge of settlement, registration, or financial processing flows (plus)
Ability to read and translate regulatory requirements
Participation in forums, interinstitutional projects, or market initiatives (strong plus)
Prior experience with interoperability among financial market institutions
Knowledge of the receivables registries ecosystem
