Overseeing multiple projects comprised of cross functional staff
Serving as the project manager and primary client contact on the project
Ensuring overall quality and developing recommendations based on expected impact
Communicating risks and opportunities to ensure staff alignment
Reviewing and signing off on deliverables as client ready including protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and slides
Identifying necessary deviations from templates to ensure content aligns with objectives
Involvement in business development and participating in sales calls
Leading study conceptualization and drafting proposals for clients
Line management responsibilities including ensuring appropriate staffing and creating development plans for direct reports
Requirements
8-10 years of experience, at least four in a consulting environment
Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health
Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team
Awareness and understanding of financial performance on projects
Ability to line-manage and mentor direct reports and ensure positive staff wellbeing/team dynamic
