Close collaboration with development, operations, and architecture teams
Reliable delivery of software from commit to the production runtime environment
Support of stable, secure, and automated operations and the further development of the Internal Developer Platform
Design and operation of CI/CD and GitOps workflows
Automation of deployments, tests, security scans, and releases
Automation of infrastructure and platform operations using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform/OpenTofu)
Integration of central platform services such as Identity & Access Management, ingress/reverse proxies, TLS & certificates, as well as databases and messaging components

Solid technical education or university degree
Initial to several years of hands-on experience in cloud, DevOps, or platform engineering environments
Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins) and Git-based workflows including GitOps
Experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Basic knowledge of networking, TLS, DNS, and operating Linux systems
Comfortable working in a polyglot engineering environment
Practical experience with scripting or programming languages such as Bash, Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
Structured, eager to learn, and team-oriented
