- Actively participate in project management for internal and external projects
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in business, project management, or software development
- Agile mindset
- Solid knowledge of agile methods, techniques, and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Practical experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
- Basic understanding of agile scaling (e.g., Nexus, OKRs)
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
