Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end product development for AI-powered customer experiences and internal AI platform
- Partner with engineers to design and iterate on AI architectures and evaluation frameworks
- Be the bridge between engineering and other teams for AI best practices
- Own metrics related to answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates.
- Work with partners at OpenAI to evaluate new models.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup
- Passionate about AI and motivated to engage with the latest technology
- Comfortable in technical conversations about system architecture, API design, and prompt engineering
- Data-driven and familiar with SQL
- Strong ownership of metrics and continuous improvement mentality
