Role Overview
- Independently perform ongoing financial accounting for residential and commercial properties
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Support in preparing operating cost and housing charge statements
- Coordination with tax advisors and external partners
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial/business field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting
- Knowledge of real estate management, Domus 1000, and operating cost accounting is desirable but not required
- Organized and able to work independently
- Sense of responsibility and discretion
- Enjoy being part of a small, close-knit team where every member counts
