Orchestrate end-to-end release management for Agribusiness products, including planning, coordination, execution, and post-release validation across web, mobile, and integrated platform services
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Support, and Go-To-Market teams to align releases with roadmap priorities and customer commitments while driving cross-functional collaboration
Establish and maintain release calendars, facilitate release readiness reviews, and lead go/no-go checkpoints to ensure every release meets quality standards and stakeholder expectations
Audit and standardize release gates across web, mobile, and platform services, creating a unified 'Definition of Ready' that accelerates delivery without compromising quality
Develop and launch predictive release dashboards that move stakeholders from reactive status updates to proactive risk forecasting, enabling data-driven decision-making
Refine and automate App Store and Play Store submission workflows to reduce friction and lead time between code completion and farmer-facing releases
Produce clear, compelling release communications and maintain up-to-date release dashboards that provide transparency and confidence to internal stakeholders and leadership
Compile API documentation and usability communications that ensure downstream teams are informed and prepared for upcoming releases
Lead post-release retrospectives and establish a formal feedback loop between Support and Engineering, ensuring post-release learnings directly inform technical debt and quality priorities
Identify release risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain transparent communication with leadership on trade-offs and resolution plans
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery, quality, and operational maturity to strengthen cross-team alignment and release transparency
Requirements
5+ years of experience in release management, delivery management, or technical program management
Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices including Agile, CI/CD, and web and mobile release processes
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional dependencies and coordinate across multiple teams simultaneously
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse groups
Advanced organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple release calendars and timelines
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and release tracking tools to drive transparency and accountability
Demonstrated expertise in quality and risk management, including UAT coordination, defect triage, and risk mitigation planning
Experience supporting SaaS or platform-based products in regulated or customer-critical environments
Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
Exposure to mobile app release processes (App Store / Play Store) and platform deployment workflows
Background in product operations, PMO, or enablement functions that support delivery excellence
Experience working in Agribusiness, Food, Supply Chain, or B2B SaaS environments
