Senior Coordinator, Nationwide Community Engagement Operations

Role Overview

• Support the operational tasks in the Field for key initiatives and events
• Drive daily project operations
• Provide vital support and training to community engagement staff
• Assist Community Engagement leadership team in achieving revenue goals
• Support centralized field operation needs in collaboration with relevant directors and leadership
• Provide data management training
• Update and maintain organizational community and events calendar
• Provide onsite support for events as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of work experience (administrative, peer-to-peer fundraising and/or special events)
• Grassroots organizing and volunteer mobilization experience preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Database knowledge a plus (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and/or Kintera and Luminate preferred)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Superb customer-service skills
