About this role
Role Overview
Gains a thorough understanding of the market sector and develops recruitment strategies
Utilizes innovative and creative approaches to recruitment
Can support and/or own the tracking, organization, automations and management of platforms like ClickUp and Freshservice.
Ensures a constant applicant flow and keeps an active database for current and future positions
Ensures recruitment targets for program requirements are met
Screens resumes, conducts interviews, reference checks, and prepares employment offers
Serves as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients
Handles communications (phone calls, emails and virtual video meets) with a wide variety of candidates
Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates
Collaborates with our Hiring Managers to determine position requirements for open vacancies
Creates and posts job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums
Manages job postings internally and externally
Maintains confidential files and data integrity
Contributes to team and corporate projects intended to improve processes and procedures
Approach each day and task with a “ZAG” mindset
Assist with HR projects and other duties as requested or assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations
In-depth knowledge of US HR principles, laws (federal, state, and local), and best practices
Proficiency in HRIS systems, project & process management platforms and ATS Systems (Greenhouse, ClickUp, Fresh Service, ADP Workforce Now preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
