Develop AI-first Loan Origination product.
Use LLMs and RAG techniques for accurate data classification.
Apply rules and graph-based models to represent relationships between borrowers, entities, and assets.
Implement observability and feedback loops to monitor model performance.
Collaborate with backend engineers to deploy AI models as low-latency, highly available microservices.

2–3 years of full-time professional experience (post-graduation) developing and managing production AI systems that use LLMs.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Experience building APIs and data pipelines with strong foundation in system design, testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation methods for improving real-world model performance.
