Provide operational and administrative support to the Investments area, with primary focus on supporting the Commercial team.
Execute and monitor routines related to opening, maintaining and closing individual and corporate accounts.
Perform client record updates, verification and regularization of documentation, suitability control, regulatory agreements and powers of attorney.
Process subscriptions, redemptions, payment slips, custody transfers and TEDs (electronic bank transfers).
Handle operational requests from channels such as Commercial, Mobile App, Netbank, Customer Service (SAC) and corporate email.
Ensure smooth customer service and proper handling of tickets and operational incidents.
Interface with areas such as Treasury, Compliance, Product, Middle Office, Technology, LGPD (data protection) and Internal and External Audit.
Contribute to meeting deadlines, regulatory controls, reconciliations, review of automated reports, audits and continuous improvement of operational processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Knowledge of administrative and operational routines, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of responsibility and ability to handle simultaneous demands.
Clear communication and a collaborative attitude for direct interaction with the Commercial area and other support departments.
Familiarity with digital tools, internal systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Prior experience in administrative and operational routines at financial institutions, investment areas or back-office (preferred).
Basic knowledge of financial products, account opening and maintenance processes, suitability, compliance and banking operations (preferred).
Experience working in high-volume environments, liaising with multiple areas and participating in audit or operational control routines will be considered a plus (preferred).
