Planning, conducting and evaluating tests on battery modules, battery systems and BMS components
Validation of electrical, functional and safety-related properties of battery and BMS systems
Analysis, documentation and tracking of fault patterns and close coordination with development teams for root cause analysis
Setup, operation and further development of test rigs and test environments for battery and BMS tests
Ensuring structured test documentation and transparent presentation of results
Collaboration with internal and external test laboratories and support for approval and release tests
Support for durability, environmental, abuse and functional tests to ensure product robustness
Requirements
Degree in engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering) or equivalent qualification
Some to several years of experience testing batteries and battery management systems (BMS) and a fundamental understanding of these systems
Good knowledge in creating and executing test cases and evaluating test results, as well as experience with measuring equipment, test rigs and, ideally, automated test environments
Structured, independent and meticulous working style
Strong teamwork and communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
