Define and execute the global technology strategy aligned with business objectives and international regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ANVISA, ICH);
Lead digital transformation initiatives, including industrial automation, MES, LIMS, ERP, IoT, data analytics and artificial intelligence applied to manufacturing and the supply chain;
Ensure IT governance, cybersecurity, business continuity and management of technology risks;
Implement and monitor continuous improvement cycles using PDCA to optimize processes, reduce costs and elevate quality standards;
Oversee global technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and operational excellence;
Ensure all technology solutions comply with GxP, computerized system validation (CSV) and other regulatory standards;
Manage the technology project portfolio, prioritizing high-impact initiatives and ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget;
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions;
Develop partnerships with global vendors, startups, research centers and innovation hubs.
Requirements
Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus;
Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Technology or equivalent role in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated industries;
Proficiency with PDCA and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Deep knowledge of:
Regulated systems (GxP, CSV);
Global IT infrastructure;
Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP);
Data governance and analytics;
Industrial automation and manufacturing systems;
Corporate cybersecurity;
Track record of leading multicultural, globally distributed teams;
Experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
