Perform all activities leading up to the delivery of a customer demo including discovery, technical qualification/fit, customer presentations, standard demos, and related customer facing communication
Respond to Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) documents
Manage customer engagements without support for your assigned accounts and opportunities
Collaborate with the wider Salesforce Data Foundations and Core teams, along with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing functions to continuously improve Informatica’s products, use case positioning and marketing outcomes
Share best practices, content, and tips and tricks within your primary areas of responsibility
Stay current on certification of services required for your areas of responsibility
Partner with the Customer Success team on nurture activities for consumption and adoption support, including technical advisory, workshops, etc.
Provide customer feedback on product direction
Support CxO events, presentations and demos at marketing events without support.
Requirements
5+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience
Basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products.
Strong communication skills to support presentations, storytelling, and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects specific to our Go-To-Market use cases
Experience engaging and creating relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners
Ability to travel as needed (up to 50%) and to work flexible hours
Relevant experience in data integration, master data management, data governance products is highly preferred
Certification or working knowledge of Cloud ecosystems / data related Cloud technology (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure) is preferred
Basic knowledge of cloud computing security aspects is desirable
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role.
