Coordinate and optimize all company value-creation and supply chain processes
Strategically collaborate with key interfaces such as Purchasing, Production, Sales, Finance/Accounting, R&D and external suppliers
Lead a large, diverse and highly motivated team
Coordinate, control and monitor all delivery processes from procurement through to dispatch
Drive process optimization and assess the market for future-proof logistics solutions
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety requirements, and take responsibility for quality management

Degree in Logistics Management or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing company in the automotive sector
Knowledge of customs clearance as well as export control and forwarding is an advantage
Basic technical understanding of production and logistics processes
Analytical and strategic thinking, especially regarding process optimization
Familiarity with JIT (Just-In-Time) and OTIF (On Time In Full)
Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude toward change
Experience implementing change within teams
Knowledge of core Lean tools
Project management experience
High level of responsibility and self-initiative
Strong communication and team-player skills and excellent negotiation abilities
Fluent written and spoken German and English
