Drive new business revenue by targeting high‑value national tenders and strategic growth opportunities.
Maintain visibility of all upcoming national tender opportunities across protective services.

Proven experience managing high-value tenders, bids or proposals (national scale ideal).
Strong understanding of protective services or adjacent safety-led markets.
Exceptional written communication—able to create persuasive, polished content.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent submissions.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret complex contract requirements.
Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and proposal-building capability.
