Prepare and review monthly and quarterly investor allocations for hedge fund and private equity vehicles
Calculate and review management fees, incentive fees, and performance allocations in accordance with governing documents
Support fund onboardings, including system setup, share class configuration, and testing
Serve as a subject-matter resource for Analysts, providing guidance, training, and preliminary reviews
Assist with client queries by researching issues and drafting responses for senior team members
Support year-end financial reporting, audits, and regulatory deliverables
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities within Investor Accounting workflows

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-2 years of experience in fund administration, investor accounting, or asset management accounting
Proficient Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
