About this role
Role Overview
- technical implementation and support of the Philips IntelliSpace Electrocardiograph (IECG) system
- assumes the technical leadership role for each assigned project and shares knowledge and technical expertise with customers and team
- provides feedback/assists in streamlining program implementation methodology
- configures and tests installed IECG and IBE system to meet customer requirements
- implements interfaces to/from IECG and customer’s RIS/HIS and investigates & diagnoses complex technical problems during installation
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field or 5+ years experience performing technical support/HL7 interfacing
- 5+ years of experience in an ECG information management system or PACS
- experience with Orion Rhapsody Interface broker, XML and working with Virtual Machine (VM) server environments
- experienced Networking infrastructure/Server architecture user is preferred
- Bilingual French and English skills, both written and verbal, are required
