About this role
Role Overview
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across identity platforms and integrations
- Support enterprise architectural patterns and ensure IAM services are secure, resilient, and audit ready
- Manage and enhance the RELX IAM platform with a focus on Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC)
- Engineer, operate, and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identity services
- Ensure IAM platforms meet enterprise standards for security, availability, performance, scalability, and auditability
- Collaborate with Architects to contribute to enterprise IAM patterns and designs
- Act as delegate architect where required, ensuring alignment with RELX standards
- Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes and support access requests, approvals, revocations, certifications, and UAR controls
- Design and implement ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs and develop automation using Terraform and PowerShell
Requirements
- Senior hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) preferred, or at least other industry leading IAM solutions; SailPoint, One Identity, or others
- Proven enterprise IAM experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Excellent experience operating IAM BAU services at scale
- Exceptional REST API and ServiceNow integration experience and PowerShell scripting capability
- Experience with Terraform for identity or cloud-adjacent automation
- Deterministic, structured problem-solving mindset to operate autonomously in a global, distributed environment
- CISSP or other industry recognised certification (required or strongly preferred)
- Experience working in regulated, audit-driven environments
