About this role
Role Overview
You define and own the full-funnel media strategy
You translate business goals into clear media investment logic
You drive the shift to omnichannel (incl. TV, OOH, retail media)
You balance short-term performance with long-term brand building
You own testing, experimentation, and scaling frameworks
You own and steer the agency ecosystem end-to-end
You set KPIs, expectations, and governance frameworks
You challenge agencies with strong commercial judgment
You lead planning cycles, QBRs, and performance reviews
You ensure transparency across markets and channels
You scale influencer marketing into a core growth driver
You expand reach and impact within the total media system
You connect influencer output to paid media and testing loops
You design market-specific growth strategies
You define channel mix and investment sequencing
You evaluate and deploy offline media where needed
You balance awareness and performance by market phase
You ensure scalable frameworks across markets
You lead market entry and scaling across regions
You define DTC, retail, and awareness investment strategy
You decide when and how to use mass media
You build repeatable, scalable expansion frameworks
You own media budget allocation
You drive growth based on business KPIs (NOI, contribution)
You establish clear performance reporting
You optimize resource allocation based on impact
You lead the media agency relationship
You act as central interface across all marketing and commercial teams
You build and develop a high-performing team
You drive alignment in a complex environment
You act as senior decision-maker for growth topics
Requirements
You bring 10+ years of experience in media and growth, including performance marketing
You have owned large-scale media budgets with revenue accountability
You have scaled media in high-growth DTC/Ecommerce environments
You bring international expansion and market entry experience
You understand both performance marketing and mass media
You have experience with influencer or community-led brands (plus)
You think in revenue, contribution, and customer acquisition — not just CAC/ROAS
You understand omnichannel systems across digital, influencer, retail, and offline
You bring strong analytical skills in measurement and attribution (MMM, MTA)
You lead confidently across senior stakeholders
You execute fast, prioritize impact, and handle ambiguity well.
