Collect contacts of the relevant business stakeholders
Engage with the relevant business teams to understand the Project's impact on the service, identify financial issues, and define the approach in coordination with the buyer responsible for the contract, where applicable
Analyze contracts to determine the complexity level of required actions
Inform the relevant buyers and managers
Escalate any potential blocking issues to the relevant buyers
Request further escalation if necessary
Report progress of the mapping in a consolidated XLS format
Requirements
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Contract Law / Business Law
1 to 5 years' professional experience in a generalist legal role focused on contract law
Experience negotiating supplier/vendor contracts, gained within an in-house legal department and/or a legal consultancy or law firm
Business-level English proficiency
Rigorous, with strong analytical skills and solid drafting abilities
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and a responsive, proactive attitude are essential for success in this role
