Responsible for shaping and driving the access strategy for GSK’s oncology portfolio within India’s public healthcare system.
Ensures timely, sustainable access to GSK’s oncology innovations through advocacy and policy influence.
Serves as the access manager for oncology, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Builds and maintains relationships with public health stakeholders and engages with oncologists.
Monitors and evaluates access outcomes including patient reach, speed to access, and affordability support effectiveness.
Collaborates with medical, regulatory, commercial, and compliance teams to enable access strategies.
Drives internal education around healthcare access trends and advocacy best practices.

Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA or master's in public health (MPH) preferred.
6 to 8 years of experience in Market Access, Government Affairs, or Public Policy in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Strong exposure to oncology therapy area (1-2 years) and public healthcare systems in India.
Demonstrated success in health policy engagement and driving public access outcomes.
Strategic thinking with ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence skills.
High business and policy acumen; understanding of Indian public healthcare landscape.
Ability to work cross-functionally and operate in a matrixed organization.
Agile, self-driven, and purpose-led mindset.
