Role Overview
- Manage directly or through delegation, multiple software development teams focused on multiple product lines
- Oversee all or part of analysis, quality assurance, software engineering, and project management efforts
- Establish and communicate the strategic direction for the department and product lines
- Ensure personnel understand expectations and are placed in appropriate roles
- Communicate status of personnel, products, and projects with clear reports and metrics
Requirements
- Typically 12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience
- 5 or more years of management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
- Master's degree or global equivalent a plus
