U.S. citizen with the ability to attain DHS EOD
BA + 15 years applicable experience
1 or more active ServiceNow certifications
Extensive understanding of ServiceNow configuration and customization
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services
Experience with Okta and SSO technologies
Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows
