Gather, analyze and document business and regulatory requirements with internal stakeholders (business, risk, compliance, operations) and external stakeholders (participants, ECB, regulator)
Translate functional and non-functional requirements into specifications understandable by technical teams (architecture, development, QA)
Support the definition of business rules, SLAs/SLOs, exception scenarios, incident management and regulatory/operational reporting
Prepare and maintain functional documentation (use cases, flows, high-level data models, business manuals)
Define and validate acceptance criteria, assist in creating certification and business test cases, and participate in pilots with users/participants
Facilitate continuous communication between the business and technical teams, helping clarify questions and manage expectations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a business analyst (required)
Demonstrated experience as a business analyst, particularly in payments or mission-critical financial systems
