Define architectural standards, share knowledge, and help the team make sound technical decisions

6+ years of experience in Embedded Linux software development
Proficiency in Rust or C++ with a proven track record of building robust embedded architectures
Strong understanding of multimedia formats (MP4, H.264), network protocols (HTTP, RTSP, RTP), and hardware interfaces (USB, Wi‑Fi, BLE)
Experience with hardware–software integration and a passion for performance and reliability
Some background in streaming or real-time communication systems
Familiarity with Agile or iterative development approaches
