Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross
functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Design, create and enhance dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic goals.
Provide regular reports to the Chief of Staff and other stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and reliability by implementing quality assurance measures.
Identify and address data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Assist in developing and executing strategies to drive value creation within the organization.
Conduct ad
hoc analyses to support decision
making processes.
Effectively communicate data

technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment of data analytics efforts with broader organizational objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within a private equity
backed environment or consulting firm
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) and data analysis and manipulation tools (Alteryx (preferred), Python).
Strong analytical and problem
solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
