Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions on complex projects
Conduct design workshops and lead client sessions to define business requirements and solutions
Provide expertise in key HCM modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Payroll
Support additional modules such as Time & Labor, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, and Help Desk
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction
Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing cycles, including SIT and UAT
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL, and data migration activities
Support continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives

10+ years of experience in HCM
Minimum 7+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
Experience in end-to-end support and enhancement projects
Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Absence Management
Experience leading functional design and client engagements
Hands-on experience with testing cycles and issue resolution
Experience working with integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL, and data conversion
Advanced English (mandatory)
Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
